About Our Community

The maintenance of the 37 Lakes located in the northwest quadrant of World Golf Village, the drainage, and the stormwater systems are overseen by the northwest master association. The association is also responsible for the maintenance of a portion of International Golf Parkway, the interchange and the northwest quadrant conservation preserve areas.

Each homeowner and condominium owner in the Saint Johns Northwest Master Association community contributes to the monetary needs of the association. The commercial properties are also assessed quarterly fees representing their share.
