Royal Pines
Royal Pines is graced with a welcoming, pastoral entranceway featuring impressive lake fountain displays, stone archways over twin sidewalks and broad vistas over open space and waterways. Royal Pines features uninterrupted and interconnected sidewalks on both sides of the street. The sidewalks, along with a rhythmic street tree planting at 40′ centers, were built before the first home was completed. The neighborhood was launched in 1998 and is already a mature, shady, beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly haven. Royal Pines has 96 home sites on ¼ acre lots that are 85′ or more in width and 135′ or more in depth. Almost every home site in Royal Pines is oriented onto densely wooded conservation areas or overlooking the 40-acre neighborhood lake.
