FINAL NOTICE OF 2024 ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING,
2025 BOARD BUDGET ADOPTION MEETING AND BOARD ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING
Dear Sub-Association or Parcel Voting Representative:
In an earlier Notice of Meeting, we advised that the annual membership meeting for Saint Johns
Northwest Master Association, Inc., will be held on the following date, time and place:

St. Augustine, Fl 32095
The Articles of Incorporation for Saint Johns Northwest Master Association provide that the votes of
Members who are Sub-Associations shall be exercised by an officer of theSub-Association designated by
the Board of Directors of each Sub-Association. It has been customary that the voting representatives for
the Sub-Associations are the Sub-Association Presidents. Parcel owners who are not members of a Sub-
Association are entitled to vote directly. This Notice is being mailed to you as the representative of a Sub-
Association or as a parcel owner who is not a member of a Sub-Association.
There are a total of two (2) available seats on the Board of Directors. Art Carlo, Herb Cain, and Lon Grundy
have one year remaining in their two-year terms.
No ballots will be mailed, and no election shall be held
as only two (2) candidates gave notice of their intent to run for the two (2) available positions on the
Board.

PLEASE SEND IN YOUR PROXY FORM, unless you are planning to attend the meeting in person.
The Proxy Form is used to establish a quorum. A quorum must be established to conduct the Annual Meeting,
so it is very important that you complete and return the enclosed Proxy Form. Please place the completed
Proxy in the return envelope, write your name and address, and SIGN the outside of the pre-
addressed return envelope. Please do not place any items in the return envelope other than your completed
and signed proxy form.
Agendas for theBoard’s budget and organizational and for the annual membership meeting are attached.
The 2025 operating budget will be reviewed and approved during the Board’s budget meeting. The 2025
assessment amounts shall be established upon approval of the budget.
